Below are a list of cases that have already been or will be heard by the Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Commission which were submitted during 2013 that require notification to surrounding property owners. Reports will not be provided until the Friday prior to the P&Z Commission Meeting.

An SUP request for a proposed CO2 pipeline to be located within an existing Centerpointe power corridor easement for approximately 24,000 feet, generally located north and south of FM 518, west of Landing Boulevard, and east of Westover Park Avenue in League City, Texas.
