2014 P&Z Commission Case Notifications Log

Below are a list of cases that have already been or will be heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission which were submitted during 2014 that require notification to surrounding property owners. 

Zoning Petition

If surrounding property owners want to oppose a zoning change request that has not been acted upon by City Council, complete the Zoning Petition Form (PDF) and submit it to the Planning Department prior to the City Council meeting. Staff recommends that you submit this form as early as possible and before the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation to City Council.

Reports will not be provided until the Friday prior to the P&Z Commission Meeting.

Z14-09 (Red River BBQ)

A request to rezone approximately 1.8 acres from "RSF-7" to "CG" (General Commercial), generally located north of Walker Street, south of Main Street (FM 518), east of Texas Avenue and west of Egret Bay Boulevard (FM 270) with the address being 108 Texas Avenue. View relevant project information:
