2015 P&Z Commission Case Notifications Log

Below are a list of cases that have already been or will be heard by the Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Commission which were submitted during 2015 that require notification to surrounding property owners, or apply to the entire City of League City. 

Zoning Petition

If surrounding property owners want to oppose a zoning change request that has not been acted upon by City Council, complete the Zoning Petition Form (PDF) and submit it to the Planning Department prior to the City Council meeting. Staff recommends that you submit this form as early as possible and before the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation to City Council.

Reports will not be provided until the Friday prior to the P&Z Commission Meeting.

SUP15-09 (Vanderford Air)

A Special Use Permit application to allow for a warehouse and storage (with indoor use) on approximately 1.5 acres zoned "CO" (Office Commercial), generally located south of FM 646, north of 17th Street, east of Delaware Avenue and west of State Highway 3 with the approximate address being 201 West FM 646.
