III.             Public Hearings and Action Items from Public Hearings

A.         Hold a public hearing and take action on SUP09-06 (Green Pipeline) for a Special Use Permit for installation of a CO2 pipeline within a 30-foot wide corridor being approximately 43,368 feet in length and containing approximately 29.9 acres on property zoned “RSF-7" (Single-family residential with a minimum lot size of 7,000 square feet) and “RSF-7-PUD” (Single-family residential with a minimum lot size of 7,000 square feet with a Planned Unit Development Overlay), legally described as portions of the J. League Survey, Tract 2; Sections 1-3 and 5-8 of the I. & G.N. R.R. Survey; and Tracts 2 and 3 of the Perry and Austin Survey, generally located north and south of Farm to Market Road 517 and west of Mary Lane.

B.         Hold a public hearing and take action to rezone approximately 0.568 acres (Z10-03 Rivera) from “RSF-5” (Single-family residential with a minimum lot size of 5,000 square feet) to “CG” (General Commercial), legally described as portions of Lots 2, 4, 8 and 10 and all of Lots 3 and 9, in Block 115 of the Moore’s Addition to Dickinson, generally located south of East Independence Avenue and east of State Highway 3, with the approximate address being 1912 State Highway 3.

C.         Hold a public hearing and take action on a Replat – Tuscan Lakes Commercial, Section 6, Lots B1A and B1B, being a replat of Lot B1, Tuscan Lakes Commercial, Section 6, zoned “CG-PUD” (General Commercial with a Planned Unit Development Overlay) generally located north of League City Parkway and west of Tuscan Lakes Boulevard.

D.         Hold a public hearing and take action on SV10-01 (Pinewood Ranches), a request for a variance to the requirement (Section 102-5.t.1., Subdivision and Development Regulations) that 4-foot wide concrete sidewalks be constructed on both sides of the street “My Road” within the boundaries of on property zoned  “RSF-7” (Single-family residential with a minimum lot size of 7,000 square feet), legally described as portions of Lots 2, 3, 6 and 7 of the Casteel’s Subdivision, generally located north of Farm to Market Road 517 and east and west of My Road, with the approximate address being in the 1100 Block of My Road.

 

IV.              New Business

A.        Consider and take action on a Preliminary/Final Plat – Pinewood Ranches Streets, zoned “RSF-7” (Single-family residential with a minimum lot size of 7,000 square feet), generally located north of FM 517 and east and west of My Road.

B.        Consider and take action on a Final Plat and Private Streets Agreement - The Villages at Tuscan Lakes, Section 2 Phase 3 , zoned “RSF-5-PUD” (Single-family residential with a minimum lot size of 5,000 square feet with a Planned Unit Development overlay), generally located north of  League City Parkway (Highway 96) and west of Farm to Market Road 270.
