Tony Allender, Director of Planning and Research, first informed the Board that he is aware of the difficulty of making architectural recommendations in the absence of a Design Professional.  He advised that a Design Professional replacement will be sought and in the interim, he as well as City staff will be available to offer advice as it relates to the Architectural Design Guidelines.  He also informed the Board that Staff and Mr. Guglielmo met with Mr. Weibling and reviewed the four elevations.  He noted that changes were made to the four elevations based on comments from Board Members and further advised that some changes were not made to some elevations due to the fact they met the Design Guidelines criteria.

Mr. Weibling came forward and presented the changes to the four elevations. A lengthy discussion was held regarding the elevations and changes.

With no further discussion, Mr. Guglielmo called for a motion.
