Mr. Christiansen called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.

II.    Approval of Minutes

 

A.     September 01, 2011

B.     September 12, 2011

 

Ms. Beasley made a motion to combine items II-A and II-B and approve both the minutes of September 1st and September 12th as written.

Ms. Kosty seconded the motion.

The motion passed unanimously with a vote of 5-0-0.

III. Swearing in of Witnesses

 

Mr. Christiansen paused for the Swearing in of Witnesses, however, no speakers or witnesses were present for this meeting. 

 

IV. Public Hearings and Action Items from Public Hearings

Mr. Arevalo came forward and updated the Board on this item.  He said the critical items pertaining to the mobile home that were previously documented have been addressed. He said there are a few remaining items that are more in the category of “code enforcement” and can probably be easily resolved.  He said his recommendation is to dismiss the case since the remaining items can be handled at the staff level through Code Enforcement and no longer need the Board’s consideration.

 

Mr. Christiansen called for a motion.

 

Ms. Beasley made a motion to close the case based on Mr. Arevalo’s report that all the dangerous building items have been addressed at 311 Perkins, and that any pending items will be handled at the staff level by Code Enforcement.

 

Ms. Kosty seconded the motion.

 

No discussion was held.

 

The motion passed unanimously with a vote of 5-0-0.

 

V.                Other Business

 

 

A.     Consider and take action on Zoning Board of Adjustments meeting dates for 2012.

Ms. Beasley made a motion to accept the proposed ZBA meeting dates for 2012.

Ms. Alleman seconded the motion.

No discussion was held.

The motion passed unanimously with a vote of 5-0-0.

VI.       Adjournment

 

Mr. Stephenson made a motion to adjourn the meeting.

 

Mr. Christiansen seconded the motion.

 

Mr. Christiansen adjourned the meeting at 6:11 p.m.
