A League City homeowner returned home at 1:30 a.m. this morning to find three men breaking into his neighbor’s vehicle in the 1900 block of Crescent Shore Drive. The three men ran into the neighborhood prior to police arrival; however, the witness was able to give accurate suspect descriptions leading police to locate suspect Edgar Alexander Rodriguez as he attempted to leave the neighborhood in a vehicle.
Through further police investigation, a wallet was located in the suspect vehicle containing an identification card bearing a home address in the 2800 block of Forrest Hills Drive. This information was further confirmed by a taxi service that had recently dropped off two males at the Forrest Hills home. Suspects Dante Elijah Donald and Donte Deon Belle were found hiding inside the residence.
All three suspects were arrested for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, a 3rd degree felony, without further incident. Charges and bonds are as follows.
