The City of League City is launching a new initiative called Lean.Clean.Green. as of February 16th, 2010.  The idea was formulated by League City Councilmembers Neil Baron, Mick Phalen and Mike Lee.  The campaign is the City’s effort to encourage resident to live a healthy lifestyle, go green, and keep League City beautiful.

Each City department is participating by finding ways to incorporate the Lean.Clean.Green. philosophy into their work habits and providing tips to help residents go Lean.Clean.Green. at home. You can take the challenge by visiting www.leaguecity.com to sign up.

Once you’ve signed up, view our Lean.Clean.Green tips on our website, information videos on LCTV-16 and YouTube, and follow us on Facebook and Twitter for advice on living the Lean.Clean.Green lifestyle. Residents will also receive information on Lean.Clean.Green. activities, volunteer opportunities and clean-up days hosted by the City of League City.

This is your chance to make an impact on your community.  Take the challenge and be sure to share with us your stories of Lean.Clean.Green success.

New Lean.Clean.Green Segments

All segments will air in the LCTV-16 loop as well as on Facebook, YouTube and on leaguecity.com.  A new video will launch every weekday through Earth Day.
