Our Mission:
The City of League City has adopted City Codes (laws) specifically designed to address blight, nuisances, and to maintain a clean environment for all citizens in our community. The City of League City does this by working in partnership with the people of League City.
The mission of the Code Enforcement Division is to promote and maintain a safe and desirable living and working environment. We help maintain and improve the quality of our community by administering a fair and unbiased enforcement program to correct violations of municipal codes and land use requirements. We also work with residents, neighborhood associations, public services agencies and other City departments to:
- Facilitate voluntary compliance with City laws and codes.
- Empower community self-help programs.
- Develop public outreach programs.
- Establish community priorities for enforcement programs.
Demand Requests
- A demand request is used only to obtain the fees due on a specific case. Other information about the property may be obtained through Requests for Public Records.
- Your request and recorded document may be faxed to (281) 554-1082 or mailed to:

- A response may take up to 10 business days depending on the current volume of demand requests. For further information, please call (281) 554-1462.

- File a complaint. We have expanded our service so that you may now call 311 any time 24/7 including holidays and weekends (call 281-338-5141 if you are calling outside the City limits). Please provide specific and detailed information, including exact location or address, and a complete description of the violation. Or you may use the online form to report a code violation.
- Attend your neighborhood association meetings and get involved in the process to resolve the problem.
