This project originally consisted of 3,900 linear feet of 24 inch water line, which Westover Park
Development has completed, and approximately 6,600 linear feet of 24 inch water line, of which Westover Park Development and the city have completed approximately 3,900 linear feet.

Approximately 2,700 linear feet of 24 inch water line remains to be constructed along League City Parkway West (formerly Brittany Bay Blvd.) through the Magnolia Creek development, between Bay Area Blvd. and Misty Trails Lane.

Why It's Needed

The completion of this project will provide a looped system, resulting in a more reliable water system. If depicted as a General Benefit project in future impact fee updates, some portion of the cost of this project will qualify for CRF funding. Learn more from the project documentation.
