2018 P&Z Commission Case Notifications Log
Below are a list of cases that have already been or will be heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission which were submitted during 2018 that require notification to surrounding property owners, or apply to the entire City of League City. Click the map on the right hand side of the page to enlarge the picture.

If surrounding property owners want to oppose a zoning change request that has not been acted upon by City Council, complete the
Zoning Petition Form and submit it to the Planning Department prior to the City Council meeting. Staff recommends that you submit this form as early as possible and before the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation to City Council. If an individual wishes to opposing a zoning change request that has not been acted upon by City Council, complete the Individual Zoning Petition Form and submit it to the Planning Department prior to the City Council Meeting.

A request to rezone 41.65 acres from "RSF-7" (Single-Family Residential with a minimum lot size of 7,000 square feet) to "RSF-7-PUD" (Single-Family Residential with a minimum lot size of 7,000 square feet within a Planned Unit Development Overlay) along with the repeal of Ordinance No. 2006-65, to create a new PUD (Planned Unit Development) totaling 1747.4 acres in size, generally located along the north side of Farm to Market Road 517, south of League City Parkway and west of Calder Road in the 7000 to 8000 block of Farm to Market Road 517.
