Community Involvement
The League City Police Department is involved in the community in many ways. Officers provide safety presentations to seniors, businesses, homeowner's association, and youth groups. Officers can be requested for speaking engagements..

Officers are often spotted at community events such as the Village Fair, local schools for career day, Holiday in the Park, and the Annual Holiday Parade. Officers coordinate the Citizens Police Academy, National Night Out, and Blue Santa Program.

Tours of the police department are offered to area youth groups.  Group size is limited.  Adult chaperone's must pass a background check prior to entry in accordance with federal security requirements.

If you have questions or need additional information, please contact Officer Christy Galyean at 281-338-8201 or Officer Todd Young at 281-554-1848.
