Failure to Update Address on Driver’s License- you may appear on or before your appearance date, present the temporary license with the correct address and request a dismissal with a $20.00 administrative fee Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility (No Insurance)-you may appear on or before your appearance date, present proof as required by law for the date and time you were stopped and request a dismissal. No fax or photo copies are accepted. |
| Expired Driver’s License-your violation may be dismissed if you meet the following: |
1. Renew your license within 20 business days of the date you were charged.
2. Provide your new temporary license.
3. Present the temporary license noted above with a $20.00 administrative fee no later than your appearance date. |
| Expired Vehicle Registration-your violation may be dismissed if you meet the following: |
1. Renew your registration within 20 business days of the date you were charged.
2. Provide a legible receipt of registration that clearly identifies the vehicle in violation and that indicates that the penalty fee was assessed.
3. Present the receipt noted above with $20.00 administrative fee no later than your appearance date. |
| Expired Vehicle Inspection(expired for 60 days or less)-your violation may be dismissed if you meet the following terms: |
1. Renew your inspection within 20 business days of the date you were charged.
2. Provide a legible receipt of inspection and emissions report that clearly identifies the inspected vehicle and the payment of the required inspection fee.
3. Present the receipt noted above with a $20.00 administrative fee no later than your appearance date. |
| If the inspections sticker was more than 60 days expired at the time of the violation the charge is not dismissible. |
