Payment Options
Bank Draft
The city offers bank drafting for water bills, at no charge, to our customers. To obtain information regarding bank drafting, call 281-554-1336 or go to our bank draft form.

New Customers
A residential deposit of $100 will be billed to the customer’s first billing, unless one of the three alternative options is chosen and completed within the first ten days of start of service. 

In Person
Customers can also make payments in person with a city cashier at the following locations:
  • Drive-thru is available during working hours (Monday through Thursday: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday: 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.)
  • Payment box - Place the payment in the drop box marked City of League City Utility Payments (green sign) located just left of the city hall building, 300 West Walker.  Please note other drop boxes are located at the same location: Fed Ex and a U.S. mailbox under the tree in the parking lot.  
  • Inside of city hall, 300 West Walker during working hours.

Customers can mail the payment to:

Online Pay and / or View
Please go to our payment site. The city accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.

In the future, from the city's home page, you can click "Pay Your Water Bill," located on the
right-hand side under Popular Pages. If it is after 8 a.m. and your account is subject for disconnection for non-pay today, don't pay online, but please call the office at 281-554-1357.
