We are excited to introduce to you several new ways you can update your communication with City Hall! We now offer an online tracking system and an iPhone app. You can still make one call to City Hall by dialing 311, and of course emailing is always an option. Read on for more information on how to take advantage of our new system:
  • Submitting a 311 request online is easy! Simply go to the link by clicking here and follow these easy instructions:
    • Once you have gone to the 311 submission page it will show you a list of requests that we handle on a regular basis. If you do not see your request in the list simply click on General Inquiry/Request for Service/Complaint Form.
    • You will then be prompted to create a log in (only on your first visit). It will ask you for information that we will need to contact you concerning your request. We WILL NOT use this information for anything outside of your 311 submissions. 
    • Once you have created a log in you will be able to enter the details of your request.
    • Once you submit the request you will be able to see your work order and track any progress that they City has made on your request. You will also be able to submit comments during the process and have them answered by whomever is handling your request.
  • You can also download the Citizen Request Tracker App from the Apple store and install it on your iPhone.
    • First you will need to download the app to your iPhone by clicking here: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/citizen-request-tracker/id355918295?mt=8 or searching for "Citizen Request Tracker"
    • Once installed it will ask you for a few details that we will need to get in contact with you regarding your request. Again, we WILL NOT use this information for anything outside of your 311 submissions.
    • Once your profile is set up you will simply click on "Organization" and select League City, TX and continue on with your request. You will be able to submit a picture as well as give your exact location of the request using the GPS in your phone. 
    • After you have submitted a request we will communicate with you through the email address submitted when you installed the application. You will be able to see the history of the requests you have made, however, you will not see the progress of that request.
  • As always, you can still call 311 from any landline or cell phone within League City's city limits. Our 311 operator will handle and track your request using the same system that you can log into mentioned above. You can call any time to check on the progress of a particular request.
  • Another easy way to submit a 311 request is by emailing . Your email will go straight to our 311 operator and she will communicate with you via email on the status of your request.

So why are we so excited about this new software? It allows us to ensure that your specific request is routed to the RIGHT person EVERY time. Each request listed on the home page of the system has a particular point of contact within the correct department. It also creates a a way for the City and the citizen to track the progress of every question, concern or problem.
