Councilman Neil Baron was born in Hartford, Connecticut and grew up onthe east coast.  He graduated from Georgetown University in WashingtonDC in 1982 and moved to Houston, Texas, to attend the University ofHouston Law School.  He graduated from the University of HoustonCollege of Law in 1986 and married his wife, Stephanie, in 1987.

Councilman Baron and his wife, Stephanie, moved to League City in 1992.
