Councilman Neil Baron was born in Hartford, Connecticut and grew up on
the east coast. He graduated from Georgetown University in Washington
DC in 1982 and moved to Houston, Texas, to attend the University of
Houston Law School. He graduated from the University of Houston
College of Law in 1986 and married his wife, Stephanie, in 1987.
Councilman Baron and his wife, Stephanie, moved to League City in 1992.
Mr. Baron is in private practice and owns his own law firm, the Law
Office of Neil Baron.“I ran for city council because I wanted to see
