Mission Statement:

Current Notices
January, 2010 Fill Permits are required prior to any earth work on residential and commercial lots that are not within an already approved housing development or commercial development approved through the Development Review Comity (DRC). Application for fill permits is made through the Building Department, and must include at minimum a grading plan sealed by a licensed surveyor or engineer. all projects over 1 acre must also include pre and post pollution prevention plans prepared by an engineer. for further information please refer to City Ordinance

March 31, 2010 Permit submittals valued over $1,000 (estimated construction cost) will be required to pay plan review fees at the time of permit application submittal. these fees are equal to 50% of the building permit fee and can be determined by either using the formula listed in city ordinance or using the Permit fee calculator available in the document canter.
