Mayor Randall has been a resident of League City for 25 years and lived in the Bay Area all her life. She and husband Randy have a thirteen-year-old son, Chandler. Most of her adult life has centered on the family business, Kemah Hardware. Since taking over management the firm has grown and expanded.
At age seven Toni began working in the store after school. Her Father and Mother instilled a strong belief in honesty, integrity and hard work, "all these have served me well.” She brings these same beliefs to City Hall.
Mayor Randall has supported numerous organizations and causes and came to believe the citizens of League City wanted an open and more responsive government. With encouragement from friends and family she ran for Mayor in 2008.
