Project Status as of March 2021

GO Bond project; Programmed to begin design in FY2022 per the FY2020-2024 CIP; project follows information from the Magnolia Bayou Diversion and Citywide 2D Modeling projects; Council approved design agreement with Engineer on December 8, 2020; kickoff meeting held December 17th with notice to proceed for January 4, 2021; consultant working on H&H analysis; anticipate 30% design plans in mid/late April; design anticipated to be complete June 21, 2021. Construction programmed for FY2023 in the current CIP.                                                                                             

Original Schedule

The original schedule, as of September 2019, shows design programmed in quarter 4 of 2021 through quarter 2 of 2022 for Hughes Lane/W Deats Rd Culvert Crossing Improvements. Construction bidding is scheduled for quarter 3 of 2023 with construction following through quarter 4 of 2023. Construction time is an estimate as each bid is awarded based on cost and time submitted by the contractor.

Current Schedule

The current schedule, as of March 2021, for the Hughes Lane/W Deats Rd Culvert Crossing Improvements project shows design in progress from quarter 4 of 2020 through quarter 2 of 2021. Construction bidding is programmed for quarter 4 of 2022. Construction is programmed for quarter 1 of 2023 through quarter 1 of 2024. Construction time is an estimate as each bid is awarded based on cost and time submitted by the contractor.
