Last night at the League City Council meeting, Assistant City Manager and former Chief of Police, Michael Kramm was recognized for his 25 years of service with League City Police Department. Mike has held every rank in the Department and worked in almost every division. His 25 year career culminated with 5 years as police chief where he was the catalyst behind many innovative and progressive ideas that have kept LCPD in the running as one of Texas top police departments.
