Blue Santa Program

The League City Police Department is gearing up for the 2020 Blue Santa Program which is organized by LCPD Community Outreach Division with assistance from the League City Fire Department, other city departments, area businesses, civic groups, and community members.

Our goal is to provide in-need children and families the magic and joy of the Christmas season.   We have partnered with the League City Target store to host our annual "Shop with a Cop/Firefighter" event.   All children selected live in League City, are nominated by local schools and interviewed to determine the scope of their needs.  On the day of the event, children pair up with League City Police Officers and Firefighters to pick out toys and clothing of their choice.

This program is run solely on monetary donations.  We do NOT accept toys, clothing, or stuffed animals.  The amount of funding received determines the number of children sponsored. We are accepting Target gift cards, cash, or checks.  If you would like to make a monetary donation, please make it payable to "League City Community Outreach" and you may mail or drop it off at the police department:  ATTN:   Blue Santa, 555 W. Walker Street, League City, TX 77573. We accept Blue Santa Donations year-round. There is no donation deadline.

Be a part of the Blue Santa Program, your generosity directly impacts children in our community!
