The recipient of the LEADERSHIP award is either a formal or informal leader within League City who exemplifies the SERVICE values and successfully contributes to an employee’s (or employees’) positive engagement in the organization. Positive engagement drives a more successful culture here at the City. Employees may nominate a leader either within their department or as witnessed by them in another department or, even more significantly, across the organization.
