Travis Ladd began his career with the League City Police Department in 2008, and he holds the rank of Captain. He currently serves as one of the Patrol Bureau Commanders. During his time with the League City Police Department, Travis has served as a supervisor in the Patrol Division, Criminal Investigations Division, and Field Training Coordinator. He holds a Master Peace Officer license and has served as a defensive tactics instructor, field training officer, and a member of the S.W.A.T. team. Travis has obtained multiple training certifications in leadership and management courses, defensive tactics, ethics in law enforcement, and others. In 2018, Travis earned a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice Management and Leadership from Sam Houston State University and received his Bachelor's Degree in History from Missouri State University in 2004. Travis spent four years working in the secondary school setting before being employed as a police officer.
